Do I pay every time you come?+
No. Your membership is billed as one monthly subscription payment.

Yes. Choose whichever frequency fits your vehicle and lifestyle.
Can I have an interior-only membership?+
Yes. Interior-only, exterior-only, full-service, multi-vehicle, and customized memberships can all be created.
What happens if my vehicle is extremely dirty?+
The membership covers normal recurring maintenance. Heavy pet hair, stains, excessive sand, spills, excessive debris, or other conditions requiring significantly more labor may have an additional charge.
What happens if I cancel an appointment or miss a visit?+
Appointments do not roll over. If a visit is cancelled or missed, it will not be credited or rescheduled unless otherwise approved by SDS Auto Detailing. Your monthly membership keeps your recurring schedule reserved — it isn't tied to individual make-up visits.
When do I receive my annual VIP benefits?+
Annual membership benefits are available once per active membership year and require the membership to remain in good standing.
Can I add services to my membership visit?+
Absolutely. Members can request eligible upgrades and additional services, subject to scheduling availability.
